Description
A ridge gourd also commonly known as Turai or Turiya in India. Recipes varies and is loved all over India. Its hard skin is peeled off and chopped and cooked as desired. Turiya is full of nutrients like vitamin C, zinc, iron, riboflavin, magnesium, and thiamine. Its most common dish is often stuffed with coriander, cumin, chilli, and other spices.
